All pieces are individually handmade upon order.
Pieces ordered can take up to 5 (five) days to be produced and shipped. Please keep in mind that your shipping option will only be applicable once the piece is ready to be shipped.

Exchange Policy

Malili Otoya strives to satisfy every customer.

There are no refunds, only exchanges.

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your online order, malili.com will accept items for exchange within 2 (two) weeks of purchase. Item must be returned in new and resalable condition and in its original packaging. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your exchange is processed, you will receive a credit notification by email. We can not refund shipping charges on exchanged items.
Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of your exchange once we receive it. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

We recommend shipping exchanged merchandise with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) for tracking purposes (please, retain your tracking receipt). Malili Otoya will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
To return an item for exchange, please follow these simple steps:
1. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number via email at jewelry@malili.com We will not accept packages without an RA number.
2. Include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package.
3. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package.
4. Include the RA number and send insured to the following address:

Repair Policy

Please understand that due to the handmade aspect of our jewelry pieces will vary slightly and may contain natural imperfections. These will not be considered as damaged goods.
Our Emerald collection has the characteristic of using raw or polished emeralds that vary greatly between pieces and even in earing sets. Emeralds are extremely fragile and require proper care, strong impacts may cause the stones to chip or break.

All Malili Otoya pieces are available to be repaired, permitted we have the material in stock.

Any plated pieces may be sent to re dip. Please allow at least 3 weeks for repairs and 1 month for re dipping. Rush repairs are available for special cost.

Returns on damaged goods are acceptable within 30 (thirty) days of receiving your merchandise at no cost*.

*We do not incur shipping costs. All items returned as faulty will be inspected. Only deemed faulty and repairable items may be requested to be repaired. An estimate of the repair charges will be sent to you before the repair is completed. Minimum charges start at US$10. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.

Malili cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays and apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused.

Malili.com offers shipping via UPS. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States.
Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $20.00 for ground service.
Ground $10.00< 5-7 business days, excluding Saturday and holidays.*
